Teaching strives to ensure life and business matters are handled from a practical angle. Working in seminars is essential. The seminars are on the same topics as those taught in class (and in previous study years): labour law, social security law, social disputes. These topics come together under different approaches: recruitment, career development, restructuring, social insurance, earnings, collective bargaining, job losses, working hours, etc.
Acquisition of specialist skills in social law within their environment (business life, advice or litigation). Deepening and updating of legal knowledge in social law (especially labour law) and commercial law (law of businesses in difficulty, company law). Students are trained to solve practical cases in scenarios similar to that of professionals.
